My experience has taken me from hospitality and technical retail to professional B2B IT support, industrial production and warehouse leadership.
I don't need to already know everything about a system to become effective with it.
Across my roles, I've repeatedly had to learn new systems, equipment and processes quickly, understand how they work and apply that knowledge to real problems.
02 / HOW I WORK
I pick up new systems, equipment and processes quickly and become productive without needing everything explained twice.
I like understanding why something works the way it does, not just following a set of instructions.
I'm comfortable at a computer, working with technical equipment, or getting hands-on when the situation requires it.
My experience spans IT, retail, production, logistics and warehouse operations. New environments are something I adapt to rather than avoid.

OPERATIONS · LEADERSHIP
Supervising 10 people across two separate warehouse systems. Coordinating transport companies, daily operations and schedules while providing technical and logistical support to warehouse staff, maintenance teams, electricians, cleaners and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-facing role involving sales, product advice and explaining and demonstrating machinery and products to customers.

Led a team of 10 people, making sure deliveries, stock and daily operations were kept in check.
TECHNICAL · PRODUCTION
Operated a filling machine in alcohol production and led a team of three through the production flow from filling through packaging, wrapping and shipping. Responsible for health and safety and adherence to food health and safety standards. Gained forklift and reach-truck experience.
IT · TARGET CAREER
Received customer calls, performed troubleshooting, resolved hardware and software issues, escalated tickets, installed software and helped set up new hardware. Worked with PCs, POS tills, scanners, monitors, phones, tablets, network boxes and cables. Explained causes, solutions and preventative steps to customers.
